Our menus are modern, fresh and seasonal, while being as ethical and sustainable as possible. We source fresh products from our own gardens, community gardens, small farmers and local suppliers. We have a simple ethos, simple products done well. This matched with seamless quality service that is sleek, knowledgeable and friendly brings you a truly one off and unique experience.
We strive to minimise our negative impact on the environment, and aim to make all our practices as sustainable as possible. From using local suppliers where possible, to composting and recycling, we are committed to our social responsibilities. In the process of doing what we love, we hope we can improve our footprint on the world- one event at a time.
We are a small family operation which strongly believes in the products produced. We provide our teams with a sought after work life balance, where most work a maximum of 4 days per week providing them with essential family time, and time to undertake study if desired. Our vision is healthy, we encourage our staff to eat from our menus throughout our group, not only the establishment they usually work in to enhance their product knowledge.
Staff training and experiencing the best of our region is paramount, we love to get out and about with our staff to a vineyard tour and winery lunch, to explore local breweries and distilleries, and other local hospitality establishments.
Whatever your event or celebration, we are here to make your day a truly memorable one. We can host you with in our venues, those we have access through out the country, to or in the comfort of your own home.
